We are seeking a qualified and motivated HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, handling employee relations, and supporting our talent acquisition efforts to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
* Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
* Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and internal HR databases.
* Monitor daily HR administrative tasks, including attendance, leaves, and assisting with payroll preparation.
* Act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and promote a healthy workplace culture.
* Ensure all company policies and procedures remain fully compliant with local labor laws.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Gender / Nationality: Female, Arab National.
* Experience: Mid-level (3 to 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with HRIS software.
* Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
