Management Specialist
مطلوب موظفة خدمة عملاء وإدارة طلبات (E-commerce) – Ajman
We are looking for a smart and organized female employee to join our E-commerce team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers and manage orders professionally from receiving the order until delivery.
نبحث عن موظفة ذكية ومنظمة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية، لديها مهارات تواصل ممتازة وتستطيع التعامل مع العملاء ومتابعة الطلبات باحترافية من لحظة استلام الطلب حتى وصوله للعميل.
Job Responsibilities المهام الوظيفية:
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف والواتساب والبريد الإلكتروني.
• Enter, organize, and track customer orders through the system.
• إدخال وتنظيم الطلبات ومتابعتها على النظام.
• Prepare and pack orders inside boxes and coordinate with delivery companies.
• تجهيز الطلبات وتغليفها داخل الكراتين والتنسيق مع شركات التوصيل.
• Track shipments and solve order issues quickly.
• متابعة الشحنات وحل مشاكل الطلبات بسرعة.
• Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams.
• التنسيق مع فريق المخزون والتوصيل.
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وتقديم حلول مناسبة.
Requirements المتطلبات:
• Good computer skills and fast learning ability.
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وسرعة التعلم.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• شخصية منظمة، مسؤولة، وقادرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• Previous experience in customer service or E-commerce is preferred.
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو التجارة الإلكترونية.
• Must be living in Ajman – Al Jurf 3, or able to attend the workplace daily.
• يشترط أن تكون من سكان عجمان – الجرف 3 أو لديها القدرة على الحضور اليومي للموقع.
• Valid UAE residence visa is required.
• يشترط وجود إقامة سارية في الإمارات.
Salary الراتب:
2000 AED per month
2000 درهم شهريًا
