meet international specifications and adhere to the stringent quality standards of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle communications and correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support team members with various tasks and projects as needed.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms by following our clients’ pages, comments
and massages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in administrative roles and social media
management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,
etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
