Job Vacancy – Logistics Coordinator
A company based in Sharjah – Al Sajaa Industrial Area is looking to hire a qualified Logistics Coordinator to efficiently manage shipping and customs clearance operations with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Supervise shipping and customs clearance operations to and from Jebel Ali Port, as well as other ports across the UAE.
Accurately input and archive data in compliance with the highest quality standards.
Manage and follow up on email correspondence efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and organize reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and customs clearance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
