Al Samawi Perfumes is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Arabic language will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.
* Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances and products.
* Achieve individual and store sales targets.
* Demonstrate product features, benefits, and fragrance notes to customers.
* Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising standards.
* Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
* Assist in receiving, arranging, and pricing merchandise.
* Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Support marketing activities, in-store events, and promotional campaigns.
* Maintain daily sales records and submit reports as required.

Requirements

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury products.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
* Well-groomed and professional appearance.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
