The moulding press FLEXA is used to cove
shaped panels with thermoplastic sheets (PVC) from one side and/or veneer from one or two sides.
Press structure profile welded beams, is suitable to bear the high pressures required by this kind of processing.
Top platen electrically heated.
The bottom mobile platen is driven by a group of racks acting along the platen width and length and granting a perfect parallelism during platen rise/fall.
It can be equipped with extractable aluminium tray (one or two) to facilitate manual loading/unloading. O RING silicon sealing wire between fixed platen and extractable tray.
Heating of pressurising air by means of electric exchanger; the air heating circuit has been conceived to ensure an even heating on the total surface for a perfect final result.
Air tank connected to the plant. Vacuum device equipped with high power pump for immediate air vacuum.
Electric control board with PLC to control the working cycle step by step:
Hydraulic pressure on the platen and air pressure inside the pressurisation chamber
Air temperature
Automatic pressure reset device
Time for automatic opening
Time for gluing control
Opening/closing pushbuttons
