• I executed a new branch for ATH "Arabic Tea House" restaurant at the Mall of Emirates, "zaman awal" section, from concept design to mobilization and fitout until completion phase, in collaboration with Majid al Futtaim engineering team. • I managed and executed an extension for the ATH branch at Jumeirah archaeological site along with a new steel structure kitchen, follothe traditional theme like columns and arches... etc. • I executed the Arabian Fish House at Al Hira Beach, Sharjah in coordination with SHUROOQ to get approval on concept design, fitout work and MEP drawings. • At Al Shindagha, I executed an Arabian boutique hotel concept that includes 11 heritage rooms centered by a traditional seating area with a water fountain and leaves, as well as a restaurant that serves Emirati food and plays oldies Arabic music. • ATH, Souq Alshannassiyah, Sharjah branch renovation plan: new design approval in coordination with SHUROOQ, fitout work and MEP drawing to follow.
