We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Female Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training programs, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the development of our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop training schedules, liaise with instructors, and ensure all materials are prepared.
• Manage training budgets and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
• Communicate with internal teams to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support for the training department and ensure the timely execution of training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong office management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in public relations and maintaining professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other language proficiency is a plus).
• Prior experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Available to start immediately.
