Role Overview:
We are seeking (Non Arab) Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations. This role involves client communication, managing our CRM, creating quotes and invoices, maintaining our calendar, generating reports, and even contributing to basic design tasks using Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing timely responses and ensuring their needs are met.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and current information.
- Quotes & Invoices: Prepare and send quotes and invoices to clients, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Calendar Management: Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports on client activity, sales, and other business metrics.
- Basic Design Tasks: Use Canva to assist in creating simple graphics for presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Sending Weekly Marketing Emails: Prepare and send weekly marketing emails, such as newsletters, to engage clients and provide updates on products and services.
- Other Duties: Flexibility to assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but not required—training available).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing financial tasks such as invoicing and quoting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
Compensation and Work Details:
Salary: After the interview.
3-month testing period.
Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour break.
Days Off: Sundays.
During the test period, candidates will be required to have their own visa.
